Israeli soldiers abducted, Tuesday, a wheelchair-bound young Palestinian man from Tulkarem, while he was heading to Bethlehem, to receive medical treatment.
The Palestinian, Ehab Rakez al-Hweity, 27, from Kafa village, southeast of the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, was heading to Beit Jala governmental hospital for further treatment.
He was abducted by the soldiers at the Container military roadblock, north of Bethlehem.
Medical sources said the young man is wheelchair-bound as a result of a traffic accident nearly a month ago and requires extensive treatment and rehabilitation.
On Tuesday at dawn, the soldiers abducted three young men from Beita and Madama towns, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Furthermore, Israeli colonizers invaded a Palestinian orchard near Bethlehem and uprooted olive saplings.
